Flip Knee Ramps

Flip Knee Ramp Loading on the Baseline Heavy Duty Equipment Trailer
Loading heavy equipment is one of the most important functions of an equipment trailer, and the Baseline HEQ makes it safer, easier, and more efficient with its standard flip knee ramps. Unlike the basic channel-style ramps commonly used in the industry, the HEQ’s ramps are engineered with strength, usability, and operator safety in mind.
Built for Heavy-Duty Performance
The HEQ ramps are constructed from 3-inch I-beam steel, giving them superior strength without unnecessary weight. This design ensures the ramps can handle today’s heavy machinery while staying durable, load after load.

Each ramp is 20 inches wide, offering a stable, generous platform for driving tracked or wheeled equipment onto the trailer. The ramps also include formed, notched cleats for enhanced traction, providing operators with extra confidence when loading in muddy, wet, or uneven conditions.
Operator-Friendly Design
Heavy-duty doesn’t have to mean hard to use. The HEQ ramps are spring-assisted, making them lightweight to lift, lower, and adjust. This reduces strain on the operator and makes it possible for a single person to safely deploy the ramps.

The flip knee design ensures the ramps lock firmly into place, providing a stable transition from ground to deck. When not in use, the ramps fold up securely, saving time and keeping the trailer streamlined for travel.
Designed with You in Mind
The Baseline HEQ is a true heavy-duty equipment trailer, and the flip knee ramps reflect that same commitment to quality and function. Stronger, safer, and easier to use than typical industry ramps, they’re built to stand up to tough conditions and make loading heavy machinery simple and reliable.
